Welcome to the new year!
Here we are, 2016. A new year, one full of new chances, new opportunity, and change all around us. Everyone is all about change this time of year. Everyone is all about turning over a new leaf, doing things in revolutionary fashion, making drastic leaps.
I don’t go in for these sorts of things. I prefer incremental change, slow and steady wins the race sort of change. I think that slower, more regular, change is how you get new things to stick. Watching the movie “Sicario,” I couldn’t help but notice that exact sort of change. It is a cops vs. drug traffickers movie, the exact same kind you’ve seen before, but it’s better than the ones you’ve seen before. Much better.
Why? Incremental change.
