On this week’s podcast episode, we look at “A Ghost Story.”  The film, which stars Rooney Mara and Casey Affleck isn’t one that travels the straight and narrow.  It is a different story and it’s told in unique fashion.  One of the most remarkable things about it, however, is that it features an extended sequence where Mara eats pie.

Well, we say that she eats pie, but she fails to eat the crust and if you fail to eat the crust, are you really eating the pie at all?  Is she just trying to wallow in self-pity?
