Directed by Abby Epstein, a new documentary, “Weed the People,” is in theaters this week. It builds an argument around anecdotes that marijuana might cure cancer. Whether or not marijuana can cure cancer, the movie seems to forget that near its start, it also has an expert stating that anecdotes are not evidence.
It is a logical inconsistency, but it’s not the only one in the film. Listen as we discuss in this week’s Lass is More.
