I have gone to some good New York Comic-Con panels in the past, but hands-down, the one for “1917” is my all-time favorite. It was therefore extra rewarding that following the panel I got to chat one-on-one with two of the actors, Dean-Charles Chapman and George MacKay, as well as director Sam Mendes and cinematographer Roger Deakins. Although I spoke to producer Pippa Harris and co-writer Krysty Wilson-Cairns, regrettably a recorder malfunction prevents me from adding those interview here.
Take a listen, because I think that when “1917” comes out this Christmas we all may see something really and truly amazing. And, don’t forget to subscribe at Apple Podcasts.
