Out now on Blu-ray and digital is the bloody good, “Renfield.” A look at Dracula and his familiar in present day New Orleans, the film manages to create a sort of hybrid monster-superhero-crime-comedy thing and it works.
Sadly though, “Renfield” is only a bloody good film, not a bloody great one. There are bits that work, bits that don’t, and some stuff to really sink your teeth into.
