I can tell you exactly where I was and what was happening the first time my daughter laughed.  My son, however, was born laughing and hasn’t stopped since.  For him, everything is funny.  Everything is a joke.

What he laughs most at, naturally, are movies and television shows.  So, after he laughed throughout “Zootopia,” we asked him what he thought of the movie.  His answer was that it was good, but not as good as “The Peanuts Movie;” that the latter was still his favorite.

That got me wondering.  Here are two movies which, outside of their being animated comedies, couldn’t be more different from one another and yet they’re both crashing successes.  How does that come to be?
