“Frozen II” Leaves us Cold

I love the first “Frozen” movie that Disney put out. I thin it’s different in all the right ways while still hewing to some aspects of the Disney Animation traditions. Why then should “Frozen II,” which is oh-so-very similar to the original leave me cold?

Well, it’s because it’s oh-so-very similar. That which was unique before is staid now. The movie has this crazy desire to fill in unnecessary blanks and add silly–and overwhelming–history. Listen to this week’s podcast as we break it all down.
