There is a new John Hughes Blu-ray collection out today which includes five titles, two of which have never been released to Blu-ray before. Except for “She’s Having a Baby,” all the movies are great, but as you’ll hear, we believe that “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” is the greatest of them all.

Oh sure, you can pick “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” or “Pretty in Pink” as your top selection. Maybe you’ll even go for “Some Kind of Wonderful,” but the truth which cannot be denied is that “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” is the right answer.
