There is always the new outrage, the latest threat, the thing people are getting upset about now. This week, with the streaming and blu-ray release of “Turning Red,” we’re looking at one of the dumber things that folks got upset about in 2022 — the notion that a movie about adolescence dares discuss, even obliquely, some of the changes associated with adolescence.
So strap in because this week’s episode features ranting and raving about other people ranting and raving. Ironic? May be a little, but mostly it’s because those who are wrong would burn books and ban movies and we’re not standing for that.
Listen to us discuss it all below and, as always, don’t forget to subscribe. We’re available download at Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Amazon Music/Audible and more.
