Listen, not every idea you have is going to work.  It would be amazing if it did, but it just isn’t going to.  That is the reality of the world in which we live.

It is wonderful to see a movie which fails, but which refuses to play it safe.  Obviously it would be better if the movie succeeded, but if you can’t succeed, at least you can go big and go wacky.

We’re talking about one such movie on the podcast today as “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms” arrived on Blu-ray last week.
