One “Empty Man,” One Daft Movie

There is, we suspect, something brilliant buried somewhere within “The Empty Man.”  Based on a graphic novel, the movie stars James Badge Dale and focuses itself on… well, even telling you that might be a bit spoilery.  Of course, that shouldn’t be the case, but because of the twists and turns the movie takes, because of its desire to keep moving the audience around and to make sure they’re uncomfortable, the whole thing requires either too much explanation or none at all.
